You can call, text or email. Let me know who you are, what you need done, where you live and the timeframe you need it done by. Upon completion and satisfaction, please pay me via any payment app or cash.

There may a hardware or materials charge if I have to to bring something to complete your project.

There may be a parking, toll or gas charge extra depending on where you live.

Services

Residential Clients: $50 per hour

Commercial Clients: $75 per hour

Available forms of payment: Venmo, PayPal and Cash.

Carpentry

Carpentry is our bread and butter. We build customized shelves, cabinets, tables, chairs and other items. We’ll design it with you or design to your specifications. Want a bar or bar cart? Want an entertainment system? Dining Room Set? We can help. We use fine woods or reclaimed woods, whatever your heart desires.

Flame proofing and certifying

We provide affordable flame-proofing, testing and certifying services in accordance with FDNY and NYC Tests for Fire Resistive Materials with the approval of the Board of Standards and Appeals of the City of New York under Calendar Number 1287-80-SM in accordance with Section C 27-4265 of the Administrative Code of New York. The flameproofing is warranted  a period of six months and is invalid if said items washed, dry cleaned or altered in any way so as to reduce their flameproofed properties.

Plumbing

Need to have a new faucet installed? Toilet isn’t working? New drain pipes? We can help fix and install a wide range of plumbing aspects of your house.

LEAKS & CLOGS

We can unclog and clean gutters. We can also plug holes around the house in order to keep pests and other critters away.

Installations

From toilets to faucet fixtures, I can install the right stuff for your bathroom or kitchen. We can help securely mounting your new TV to the wall. We can install your new shelves, but we can also build the shelves you couldn’t find in that fancy home goods store.

Electrical

Small electrical projects like installing ceiling fans or light dimmers are no problem for me. We can also do customized lighting installations. 

FIXTURES

Got a chandelier or ceiling fan you need installed. We can help. We also make lighting fixtures to your taste if you have a design or idea in mind you just can’t find online.

SWITCHES & DIMMERS

The right dimmer can not only set the mood, but save you money. You want to save money on your electric bill? Let us help you retrofit your house or business establishment with the latest LED lights and fixtures.

Television Wall Mounting

We can attach your TV to your wall, no matter what the wall is made of. If the wall is made with drywall we can run the cables inside the wall as well. We provide the anchors and the mount if you need.

Refurbishing Furniture

Don’t get rid of your favorite furniture piece, have it refurbished. Chairs, Tables, credenzas….anything. We’ll fix it up for you.
